

Cooperation in Sustainability, the safest bet
On a recent assignment, I was asked to identify British retailers’ trends as regards sustainable food and see whether these trends are in-line with sustainable food and agricultural produced by US farmers. The answer wasn’t straightforward: yes farmers produce sustainably, but no, they do not use the same approach taken by most European suppliers. Is that to say US farmers are not sustainable? Far from it. There are many ways to define and demonstrate sustainability. Much dep
